Last Call for Cartel Topics

The Cartels will begin the first week Oct. In order to assure your place in a cartel it is advised to send the three topics
early to the secretary at:PLACE@topoi.net
The vectorization procedures ends this week. If you have already sent in your topics, you will be emailed by the administrators and informed of the precise starting dates.
