Vectorization of 2018 Cartels Now Open

Cartels begin in October 2018. (Dates to be announced by email)
Please send in three topics you would care to study in the 2018 Fall Semester to the secretary.
One cartel from the last Spring semester, Generalized Economy, can be voted on to carry over to this Fall 2018 semester. If you care to join this cartel, please include it as one of your three topics.
You will be notified the last week of September as to which cartels have formed, times, and dates.
